Our hearts for helping were an immediate match. Meeting Kevin was meeting the other half of my soul. And I, his. 

That was ten years ago…being given a huge mind makes it difficult to have easy conversation and Kevin not only matched mine, but pushed my intelligence even further. We also shared a deeper belief that if we all tried harder, this planet could be so much better. So, in a way, I guess you could say KyClean has been in the works for more than a decade. 

To break ground in the world of inventing - you've gotta throw out the textbooks, what's been done before, the naysayers, the doubt, look at that mountain in front of you & say, "You haven't met us yet!" We're Ky&Kev of KyClean. We manipulate atoms & dance with molecules! Then, you conquer it with action! You sacrifice, build & believe!! 

Alongside my brilliant husband, KyClean Technology was brought to life. KyClean came into fruition based on one shared belief that there has to be a better way. There had to be. We disinfect in much the same way our grandparents did and whenever illness spreads, too many become sick. From this, we conceived, built, tested, and proved our theory that there had to be a better way to "clean" in terms of ridding our surroundings of germs that can make you sick and/or contaminate the spaces we live in and use regularly.

To prove our theory, we took samples of common germ traps in our own home and put them up against KyClean's scientific method of disinfection. We had successes we could not duplicate, failures on equations we were sure would work, and long months of all consuming determination to solve the atmospheric conditions within the machine of KyClean itself to achieve disinfection based on one equation. That equation was then tested again and again until we were 100% sure that we had, in fact, done it. 

But it did not come easily! There were many successes, failures, and pitfalls before achieving KyClean Science. For starters, we didn't even have a garage to build in. But we never let that, or anything else stop us. We forged ahead knowing that this - THIS - was what we were put on this planet to do. That was to invent great things as one team, one partnership, and one intelligence.  By focusing on what we DID have (not on what we didn't) we made our little gingerbread house into a shop, an office, a research and development lab, and even a testing facility when the time called for it. We watched every penny, while never going without, because we were both willing to sacrifice, bleed, sweat, and believe in KyClean - a name thought up by Kev based on his endearing slogan for my meticulous nature of cleanliness:

"It isn't clean until it's KyClean."

Today, we are implementing this technology into user-friendly devices that can be utilized in homes, businesses, hospitals, schools, public transportation, etc. Our first usable device, The KyWand, works similarly to the way a metal detecting wand is scanned over a person or object to determine if metal is present or not. The KyWand scans over an area in order to kill germs resulting in disinfecting capabilities that have never been possible...until now! We are also busy working on KyFriction as we see the world has a great need for a Better energy source at this time. 

KyClean Innovations stems from an internal desire to help. Help the world, offer a Better Way for everyone to protect themselves from illness, and continue pushing our intelligence to create innovative solutions that keep the planet healthy. We strive for a better way in every walk of life and will continue innovating together for the future. We dream of leaving a future that is brighter, healthier, greener, and more secure because we walked prior to their present. 

After success in the "shop" was reached, we launched our website & started sharing our technology on social media so that it can accomplish all of those things.
